CPC Teams go 3-0 at LCS

This past Wednesday, 3 CPC teams made the long journey to Lakefield.

First, the Senior Boys Soccer faced a disciplined and hardworking LCS team. With quite a few Crestwood absentees from the starting line-up, the task was somewhat daunting. However, the senior boys more than rose to the occasion (as well as a new formation), recording a 3-1 victory and playing their best football to boot!

Special shout-out to Mathias, with some exceptional saves and Ashton, Cormier and Slama, who each showed great leadership on the field. CPC now moves to 2-2 on the season and will face RSGC twice to close out their regular season.

The Sr. Boys Volleyball team continued their winning ways yesterday with a non existent bench beating Lakefield with a score of 3-0. The team came together, supporting one another, with players in unfamiliar roles winning in straight sets. Special shout out to Vincent who was perfect attacking from the left side, Justin for multiple blocks and Xavier for his good distribution of sets. This puts their record to an astonishing 5-0.

Finally, Jr Boys Soccer team improved to 2-1 in regular season play, with a convincing 6-0 win against LCS. Miles Schatia, Lachlan Arrowsmith and Zachary Herscu all contributed to the score on top of Ben Parsons impressive hat trick. Dylan Sarjeant recorded the clean sheet. Shout out to the whole team for their effort as all of the boys stayed composed throughout the match, battled hard for every ball and displayed some nifty passing. CPC still has 3 games remaining which will decide where they finish in the standings.
