Yesterday afternoon our U14 Girls Basketball team travelled to Branksome Hall to play in their final regular season game of the season. The game was very tight in the beginning of the game as both teams were exchanging baskets Audrey Lane, Ava Cimeman, and Margherita Salvo took control as they played extremely well on both ends of the court. Carina Popo-Onu played a strong game as she worked very hard on the defensive end, and Avi Ortuoste scoring some key baskets. Special mention must go ot to Olivia Castro Carmona as her never give up attitude was evident with every quarter as she made a positive contribution throughout the game- and then you have Katherine Bath who is extremely consistent, and works very hard every time she gets on the court. Our girls played well, and never gave up, but despite the great effort the score was not in the girls favour, inevitable resulting in a loss.

The girls next game is this Monday at home as they take on the York School in an exhibition game to help prepare them for next week's CISAA Final Four at BSS.
