The Jr. Boys D2 Basketball team traveled to take on a very physical and tough UCC team and ultimately came up short, falling 51 to 28. 

The first half was the best basketball the team has played this year, demonstrating when they are patient and run the offense they can create open shots. In the first half those shots fell and we were able to keep it close. Unfortunately, our inexperience, our lack of physicality cost us the game in the second half.

Our Lions continue to get better every day, and I'm excited to see how much we continue to grow over the rest of the season. 

Scorers included: Efe C with 10, Christian with 7, Marcus and Reid with 3., Rohan, Leopold and Efe B chipping with 2 a piece.

Next up a big road game against Lakefield College this Wednesday.
