The U14 Lions matched up against Crescent School on Tuesday, playing a rollercoaster of a game but ultimately losing 71-50.
Crescent started the game with a tough full-court defense, rattling the Lions' offense and causing multiple turnovers. After taking an early lead, the Lions regrouped and burned the Crescent defense in the second quarter, with John Jang and Daniel Hannoush leading the charge.
The Lions brought the game back within 8 points during the third quarter, but the energy of the Crescent team with their home court advantage proved too much. Despite the loss, Charlie Lynde and Graydon Goren showed energy on offense to close out the game.
