The Knights came out firing and CPC found themselves down early. RSGC dominated most of the first and led 6-3 after the first.
The game looked like it was going to get away from the Lions but they began to turn it around. They eventually closed the deficit to 6-5 and then both teams traded goals. 7-6 RSGC after two.
CPC came out firing and came close to tieing but could not finish. Eventually, RSGC restored their 3 goal lead at 9-6. But CPC would not quit. They earned themselves a two man advantage and got two goals on the PP to make it a 9-8 game. CPC continued to press but eventually gave up a breakaway and RSGC made it 10-8 which ended up being the final.
The boys will look to wrap up their regular season next Monday when they take on the HSC Trojans.
