Yesterday afternoon, the Varsity Boys SLo-Pitch team traveled to Whitby to play in their 3rd and 4th games of the season. The first game against Greenwood started off slow, but both teams started to warm up, with key hits from Tyler Fu, Lachlan Arrowmith and Peter Mallinos. A home run by Nigel Peskun got the team on the scoreboard, but unfortunately, Greenwood's offensive output was just too strong. A special mention must go out to Elliot Yau for pitching a great game and keeping his team in the game.

Our second game was against Vilanova College- both teams went back and forth in the beginning, with Ronin Walker making some key hits, and Will Mackay and Harrison Nixon making positive contributions, hitting his 3rd homer un of the day, Nigel Peskun with another monster blast over the fence. The team hung in there, but unfortunately, the team was not victorious. The boys lost both games but gave a very positive effort. The team is looking forward to their final games of the season next week. Mr.Mazza and Mr.Pagano would like to thank the team for a fun day at the ballpark.
